• When did we receive your order.
• When is the due date for shipping or pickup.
• What stage of production is your order.
• How many orders are to be shipped today.
• This service supplies you with the package tracking number for each carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex) you will be linked to their website for portal to portal shipping details.
• Orders with a status of "invoiced" are available for pickup.
• Orders leave the building for shipment around 8pm EST, so for best results check after that time.
