In response to customer requests for an FTP site, we have developed a secure FTP site running on our VAX production server. FTP transfers can be done one of three ways by using:
Digital Printing line (by using ROES software - download the application Here). Or you can use our LabPrints Software.
A new program is Remote Order Entry service (ROES) and has an FTP client built into the program, easy upload for Mac or PC.
Note to Macintosh users: We have added ordering programs - Proshots Basics,Eventpix and ROES for Mac users.
If you don't wish to use an ordering program, please print out a digital order form (click on the Digital Printing button to download forms and additional information) and submit your orders on CD. Images can be uploaded using Fetch, see our Apple page for more info.
Your Digital Camera files will be printed on Kodak Endura photographic paper, the same photographic paper we use to print your film images.We can print your Digital Camera files on the same photographic paper you have used for years with your film camera.
Individual TIF files using our Digital Package or Individual Digital print services should be sent to the lab on a CD. Click on the Digital printing button to download information and order forms.

You will need a password and customer ID to enter the site, Fill out and send the request form and we will contact you with the necessary information.

Use a NEW order number for each job you send. You may get a valid number by:
taking one from an UNUSED North American job envelope, and then destroying the bag or contacting customer service for a unique number at 1-800-654-6544.
All Images must be in sRGB colorspace.
Please use jpg files when uploading; tif files can take a considerable amount of time.
You will need a high speed connection such as a cable modem or DSL.
